Stellor Media provides publisher monetization solutions, including:

Display, video, and innovative ad formats (e.g., sticky footer units).

Prebid, RTB, JS tag, and direct deal integrations.

Access to demand from DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and brands.

Maintain accurate ads.txt/sellers.json files.

Ensure traffic quality, compliance with GDPR/CCPA, and absence of fraudulent activity.

Adhere to Stellor Media’s integration requirements and ad quality standards.

You may not:

Use Stellor Media for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

Manipulate impressions, clicks, or reporting metrics.

Resell or misrepresent Stellor Media services without authorization.

Revenue share and payment terms are outlined in partner agreements or IOs.

Stellor Media reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of invalid traffic (IVT), fraud, or policy violations.

Stellor Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stellor Media from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
